Before dispatch
Request cancellation by emailing lineskyray@gmail.com or calling +91 80892 75780. If the order has not been dispatched or entered non-recoverable customization, we will ordinarily cancel it and initiate any eligible refund.
After dispatch
An order that has already been dispatched cannot usually be stopped. You may follow the Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery. Refusing delivery may delay refund processing and disclosed forward or return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
Customized orders
Customized, altered or made-to-order products may not be cancellable after production begins. The point at which customization becomes non-recoverable will be communicated before order acceptance.
Cancellation by Lineskyrey
We may cancel for stock unavailability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, inability to verify details, logistics restrictions or events beyond reasonable control. We will inform you and refund any amount received for the cancelled item. We do not impose a cancellation charge on a consumer unless a comparable charge is borne by us where applicable under law.
