We intend to deliver to serviceable PIN codes within India through third-party logistics providers. International delivery is not available unless separately confirmed in writing.
Processing and dispatch
In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after written acceptance and payment confirmation. Made-to-order, customized or restocked products may take longer; the applicable estimate will be shared before acceptance.
Estimated delivery
Delivery is generally expected within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays, weather, transport disruption, regulatory restrictions and events beyond reasonable control may extend this estimate.
Charges and tracking
Any delivery charge will be disclosed before order acceptance. Tracking details will be shared by email or WhatsApp when available. Customers should use only official links shared from our published contact details.
Address and delivery attempts
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable address and reachable phone number. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be charged after disclosure and consent.
Damage, shortage or wrong delivery
Inspect the parcel promptly. Report visible damage, shortage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery at lineskyray@gmail.com or +91 80892 75780, with the order reference and clear photographs. This reporting window helps investigation and does not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
