Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible products may be requested for return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.Effective date: 10 July 2026

Eligibility

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order reference and reason.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, accessories and original packaging.
  • The product must pass a reasonable quality check after return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at lineskyray@gmail.com or +91 80892 75780 and share clear photographs or an opening video where reasonably available. If verified, Lineskyrey will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund without charging return logistics.

Items normally not eligible

  • Customized, made-to-measure or altered items, unless defective or not as agreed.
  • Used, washed, soiled, perfumed, damaged or tagless items.
  • Products marked final sale or non-returnable before purchase, except where defective, unsafe, misdescribed or wrongly supplied.
  • Gift cards and items restricted for hygiene reasons where the restriction was disclosed before purchase.

Return process

Email or call customer care before sending anything. If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange pickup where serviceable. Unapproved parcels may be refused. For a preference-based return, disclosed return-shipping costs may be deducted; Lineskyrey bears reasonable return costs for verified defects, damage or wrong supply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method or another mutually agreed lawful method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and passes inspection. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

Size or product exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund or store credit will be offered based on your choice and applicable law.
