4. Catalogue and product information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, sizes, colors, materials and prices. Screen settings and production variation may affect appearance.
The present catalogue contains AI-generated concept imagery. It must not be treated as a photograph of stock ready for dispatch. Before accepting an order, our team will confirm the final product photograph or sample, material, size, price, availability and delivery estimate in writing.
5. Order requests and acceptance
Adding an item to the cart or sending an enquiry does not create a binding sale. It is a request for availability and a quotation. A contract arises only when Lineskyrey confirms the product and total price in writing, shares an accepted payment method and communicates order acceptance.
We may decline or cancel a request for stock unavailability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons. Any amount already received for a cancelled order will be refunded under the Refund Policy.
6. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other permitted charges will be disclosed before order acceptance. Do not share card PINs, CVV, UPI PINs or one-time passwords with anyone claiming to represent Lineskyrey.
7. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds
The Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Statutory consumer rights for defective, unsafe, misdescribed or wrongly supplied goods are not restricted by these policies.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit false, misleading or impersonated information.
- Do not copy or commercially exploit site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
9. Intellectual property
The Lineskyrey name, website design, text, graphics and original generated visual assets are owned by or licensed to Lineskyrey, subject to applicable third-party rights. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and enquiries.
10. Third-party services
The website may open email, WhatsApp, hosting, logistics or payment services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Lineskyrey is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lineskyrey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, third-party systems or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection jurisdiction, courts at Kollam, Kerala will have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules.
